Join East Bay parents and community members on Monday, February 10 at 1pm to find out how you can make a difference for your community and for public education in California.

Kat Bliss invites you to join her and other East Bay supporters to learn more about Educate Our State and the initiative we are hoping to get on the ballot in November 2014 that will protect local school funding that is currently being taken by the state to pay non-education related debts. Hear from initiative proponents Jennifer Bestor and Katherine Welch about the initiative and what you can do. Let's return local funding destined for schools, to schools, and begin to make education a priority again in this state.  

The event is 1-2:30, and the program will start promptly at 1:15.
